PAYPAL checkout problem "no token passed"

Been informed by a client who tried to order that PAYPAL is not operational when you click to checkout that way.

The error message is

NO TOKEN PASSED

Can any one shed some light on this issue??

All I can think of is to check your paypal express configuration settings.

If it's not that you might want to look at your cart layout. there's already something odd going on there as your 'quantity' box where the customer has to enter the quantity required is missing. It looks as if someone has been playing around in the layout.

layout

Hi Mike and thanks for responding.

The express settings in business settings | Paypal payments pro
have not changed and are all correct.

There is no way for me to check that the PAYPAL button link and that is what seems to be wrong / not working.

your right on the layout being duffed up but that was down to asking support to help me change the cart button so that there one in the section reads Full details and takes you to the product page and the one in the product page reads add to cart and eversince then ........

I could do with someone in Nottingham to help me as support seem rarely to be online although they sure charge handsomly

PayPal Payments Pro isn't the same as PayPal Express ...

I have the same problem with PayPal Express. Did you find a solution?
